The training for students and young entrepreneurs has been completed on Friday, 01.11.2013. with the last topic - business communication and a cocktail and certificate award ceremony. This ended another phase of the project "Support to the development of entrepreneurship among young people in Nisavski administrative district" implemented by ENECA and M&RCN and with financial support from the Ministry of Economy.

The training consisted of two levels. The first was dedicated only to students and the topics that were discussed, both theoretical and practically, where Entrepreneurship and Business plans. Out of 67 students who followed the training and send their business plans, 22 best written and most promising plan were selected. The selected students were attending two-week training at the Regional Centre for Professional Development along with 20 other young entrepreneurs that have signed up for the training. Let us remember, training topics were:

  • 24 – 25.10.2013. Training in Marketing and Sales
  • 26.10.2013 Fundamentals of Finance and the sources of financing for SMEs and Entrepreneurs
  • 30.10.2013. E-business
  • 31.10 - 01.11.2013. Business Communication

The reason for this extensive training was also networking among young, perspective people. Students along with young entrepreneurs learnd about new, effective ways of promotion, the advantages and difficulties of e-commerce in our country and also how to successfully communicate with colleagues, partners, customers and suppliers. Young entrepreneurs talked about their experience and that broke the fear among students of starting their own business. They all got a realistic insight into the responsibilities, problems and successes with which the entrepreneurs in our community meet and exchanged ideas. Positive energy was present on each training day. The training was led by Bojan Bojovic from EDUKA Plus who generously shared his entrepreneurial experience, together with the theoretical basis of each topic.

Some of the comments of evaluation are:

"I heard something that I did not know, which I will apply certainly in my business";

"For me, this training has left a positive impression and contributed in my personal and professional development";

"Continue doing these projects, because they have a positive effect on the environment and youth development";

"The training was excellent, but it should take one to two days longer so people could practice more and gain more confidence."

ENECA is currently implementing the last phase of the project, business mentoring and consulting for entrepreneurs. The final phase of the project will be the establishment of the Entrepreneurs Association.
