The StarTech program, implemented by the National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED) with the support of Philip Morris, and in cooperation with ENECA, is aimed at supporting innovation and digital transformation of the Serbian economy over a period of three years.
The program encourages the acceleration of the growth of Serbian companies and the transformation of the traditional economy into a digital, export-oriented economy based on knowledge and innovation, while the direct beneficiaries of the program are micro, small, medium enterprises and entrepreneurs, and teams composed of individuals.
The first annual competition of this program will award a total of one million dollars in grants and up to 1,000 hours of expert support for the realization of business plans, with the value of individual grants ranging from 15,000 to 100,000 dollars, depending on the user and type of support.
In order to better inform potential applicants, the first info day of the program was successfully held on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 in the premises of the Science and Technology Park Čačak. The lecture was organized live, while all those who were not able to attend, had the opportunity to join online (live-stream).
