The third cycle of the StarTech program – an open call for grants up to $100,000

Domestic innovators can apply until May 3 for grants for up to 100,000 dollars.

The StarTech program is intended for informal teams, startups, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, who want to invest money in the development of an innovative product, entering the domestic and foreign markets or transforming their business by introducing new technologies.

Candidates who need help in preparing a business plan as a condition for application can apply for professional support until April 3, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. by filling out the online form: https://startech.org.rs/strucnapodrska2023

Director for competitiveness and investments in NALED Dušan Vasiljević pointed out that innovators can apply for grants from 15,000 to 100,000 dollars. In addition to money, grant beneficiaries will be able to count on 1,000 hours of mentoring support for patent registration, support for entering new markets, legal advice, etc.

Within LOT 1 intended for startups and businesses established before 2021, it is possible to receive grants of 15,000 to 25,000 dollars to develop an innovative idea (with 10% co-financing). LOT 2 brings grants from 25,000 to 50,000 dollars (with co-financing of 20%) for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises established by the end of 2020 at the latest for placing products on the market or digital transformation of business. Companies from the MSME sector can also apply for LOT 3 if they plan to hire new employees and enter the foreign market, for which they will receive grants of 50,000 to 100,000 dollars (with 30% co-financing).

The Startech program is a project of the Philip Morris International company, worth five million dollars, implemented by NALED, with the support of the Government of Serbia.
