The “Partnership for Economic Development” project, which we implement as part of the “Civil Society for the Advancement of Serbia’s Accession to the European Union” program in cooperation with the Belgrade Open School (BOŠ), and which is financed by the Kingdom of Sweden, focuses on contributing to European integration and the democratic development of Serbia through inclusion communities in decision-making processes through capacity building of 6 CSOs/activists/groups from the Nišava district.

The main activities envisaged by the project are the following:

Organizing a round table on the importance of the EU and Chapter 20 in order to familiarize users with upcoming project activities and the importance of harmonizing domestic regulations with European ones, as well as what concrete benefits it has for them;

Organizing training sessions for writing practical policy proposals, where users will be able to familiarize themselves with the instruments for implementing public policies and actors in the creation of the policy process;

The provision of mentoring support will enable the identification of sector problems and the transfer of knowledge and experience in order to strengthen the capacity of project users to develop, present practical policies and advocate;

Drafting of the concept of public policy policies for the three beneficiaries who have shown the greatest commitment.
